| Process: |
Submit fee, site plan, elevations and application to the planning department. Once application is determined to be complete, the City notifies all property owners within 100 feet. Owners are given 14 days to comment on the proposal. |
| Evaluation: |
Planning staff performs an administrative review of the site plan based upon the criteria in Chapter 157 of the Code of Ordinances. A decision is rendered following closure of the comment period. |

Site plan reviews generally require 3 to 4 weeks. |

$370 flat fee established by city council resolution. |
